What is RENT-A-WEBSITE
Think of it like an AirBnB but for Websites! We think Virtual Real-Estate space needs the same priority as the traditional Brick and Mortar Real-Estate space especially for businesses and anyone trying to make their services available to the World. It is the same website that you would get if you were to have one designed from a scratch. Rent-a-website allows you to ‘try’ bringing your business online and experience the value of doing so. You can avoid the ‘huge’ upfront price tag that comes with having a website designed and pay a low, yes low, really low, lower than low monthly fee to rent one instead.
Why are we offering RENT-A-WEBSITE?
Having launched businesses, we understand that when it comes to starting a business – the struggle is real and the money is tight. So we eat all that cost up that you would pay up-front, because we can! That way you can focus on growing your business and put your starter fund in other dynamics that are just as important. Brownie points for us?
How does it work?
First step: Fill out the ‘CONTACT US’ form here or send an email to info@encountermysolution.com
Second step: We make contact and get the specifics of your business.
Third step: We find the most appropriate domain for your business. Domain is just a fancy word for your ‘Business Name’ on the web. For instance, if you are a Plumber out of Detroit, www.detroitplumber.com would be ideal, or if you are a blogger named Jane Doe, you might want www.janedoeblog.com. Get the idea? While we try out best to give you the best and most appropriate domain name for your business, we just can’t guarantee it. But we haven’t run into any problems so far. Fingers crossed!
Fourth Step: Agreements are signed and the Service initiation fee of $75 is due along with you two months website rental fee (this does not include rental fees for the year) and any other ancillary fees such as domain registration fees. Recurring fees are billed on the agreed upon date each month. Yes, we get it all the time that we are so flexible and understanding! Comes naturally!
Fifth Step: The designer will do his magic and create your website, all while staying in contact with you through and through to ensure we have addressed any last minute thoughts you have had to add to the website.
Sixth Step: We give you a tour and if it is a go then . . . . we add another step, because we love # 7
Seventh Step: The Grand Launch! Open the gates and let the World in.
Tried it, Loved it, Now what?
You now have the option to buy it! And no, once again, no hefty price tag attached. All you pay is two month’s rental fee plus the migration fees (Maintenance fees are typically around $150) if you do not want us to host your website on our preferred hosting providers. if you want to continue renting, that is always an option too.
Can I make changes to the website?
Absolutely! What good is the website if it is not current and a good representation of your business at any particular time? There are limitations to what we can change, but these are details we would discuss when setting up the contracts.
Why can’t we disclose the rental rate here?
Because each business has different needs, and our designer will give you the best rental rate and THAT is our GUARANTEE! The rates are determined on several factors that are unique to every business.
Tried it, but you need to cancel?
We would be sad to see you go, but we understand. You CAN CANCEL ANYTIME and all you pay is two months of rent.
Is there a contract?
Yes! There is a one year contract. The cost to cancel is the remainder of the rental fees due. The two months of rental cancellation is still applicable. Why do we charge a cancellation fee? It is because we need to ensure we can sustain this program.
RENTAL CONTRACT AND CANCELLATION CLARIFICATION
We can offer early cancellation without a penalty, as the video suggests, however, we have rental discount that gets applied for a one year term that would not be applied and the bonus is that the maintenance service is included which for most websites costs about the price of the monthly rental fee.
